Meeting with the youngest audience

On February 12, 2019, Tetyana Sheptytskaya, a deputy general director for the scientific work of the National Historical and Memorial Reserve Graves of Bykivnya, met with pupils of the 7th form of the secondary school № 70, at the library No. 9 for children of the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv.

In the form of a lecture-conversation, Tetyana Sheptytska spoke with schoolchildren about the causes, events and consequences of the Great Terror of 1937-38, about the people who were the victims of mass political repressions of Soviet power, as well as about those life lessons of the past that must be mastered both by individuals and by the society as a whole.
